PROVIDER REGISTRY

Status: Seed (Genesis B) Purpose: Canonical catalog of providers that implement Foundry capabilities.

The architecture shall never depend upon a single AI provider. Providers are interchangeable implementations of capabilities.

Recognized, not yet active

The Design Lock names other providers (Codex, GPT, Gemini, local models, future providers) as interchangeable implementations. They are recognized by the architecture but are not registered as active until introduced by a Work Order.
